Stationary Process Filtration System


The PFE Process Filtration System features the simplicity and dependability of a fully manual system. It is ideal for exterior, non-detergent washing of equipment at rental yards, auto repair, detail shops, or for contractors who have a wash bay and single or multi-stage sump pit to recover wash water runoff.

The PFE features 3-stages of inclined gravity separation with easy to access sludge drains. Two separate stages of oil separation and three stages of pleated filtration, including a carbon impregnated stage to remove odors and hydrocarbons plus a chlorine injector to control bacteria growth.

Recyclers


The RPBE is your solution to EPA local and state regulations mandating wastewater containment, filtration and reuse.
Designed as an addition to your wash pad, the 6-stage filtration process includes a 3-tank oil-water-solids separation system, oil coalescing, multi-stage filtration process that utilizes both a sand filter and pleated filter, and an on-demand water delivery system. Maintenance is simple, by switching the valve to backwash for the sand filter and just clean or change the cartridges as indicated by the pressure gauge. The system incorporates three-cell inclined flow clarification at a controlled flow rate and allows for manual purging of settled solids from the tank bottoms. It is designed to treat light to moderate loads of wash water and manually back flush solids and oils for increased performance and less maintenance. It can be utilized in a wash environment for closed loop, wash water reuse or for discharge to the sewer.
Ideal for small maintenance and rental yards, diesel truck and equipment repair facilities, military bases and municipalities or anywhere wash water treatment is required and conservation is a necessity. System includes a 270- gallon water storage tank.


RPBE Specs


The MME is an automated, multi-media recycle system for industrial and professional cleaning. For durability, it is constructed using high-grade industrial filters and components. Wash water is clarified through a three stage separator and polypropylene oil coalescing biometric spheres. Water quality is enhanced through column style multimedia water filtration and an ozone injection exterminates odor problems. It is designed to treat medium to heavy loads of wash water and will automatically back flush solids and oils for increased performance and less maintenance. The use of quick release chemicals are recommended for enhanced water quality. It can be utilized in a wash environment for closed loop, wash water reuse or for discharge to the sewer with proper permits. Ideal for maintenance and rental yards, diesel truck and equipment repair facilities, military bases and municipalities.

Options for Hydro Loop


TSS Pre-Treatment Tanks This clarifier is among the best in above ground, oil water separators for use in pre-treatment or waste water recycling. Maximize water quality performance through flow controlled pre-separation. The dramatic quad conical tank set-up is automated with digital timer actuated dump valves which remove solids. Hydrocarbons are automatically removed by skimming to a collection chamber. Biometric spheres allow for coalescing of solids and oils prior to exiting the conical chamber tanks. This set-up is typically used independently as a pre-stage separator for sewer discharge or can be added to any existing recycle system on site.

WCL Series

 Mi-T-M has designed mechanical oil/water separator water treatment systems to remove free oils before discharging to your sanitary sewer. The oil/water/solids separators will reduce the amount of suspended solids while removing hydrocarbons to meet stringent local sanitary sewer discharge requirements.

The clarifier and oil/water separators feature:

  • A choice between a 600 or 300 gallon cone-shaped tank for effective settling and easy handling of solids.
  • Oil skimmer and decanter for easy handling of oil.
  • 3/4 H.P. surface mount sump pump.
  • Solids separation chamber with bag filter and decanting.
  • A conveniently located, NEMA-4 rated, control panel for simple and accessible operation.
  • Ozone generator for a "quick kill" of live bacteria on contact (WCL-30D-0M10 only).

Mi-T-M's water treatment systems are designed to remove free hydrocarbons and filter the water to be sent back through a pressure washer. The systems come standard with pH and ORP injection. All systems are designed for corrosion resistance by using stainless steel tanks.

Mi-T-M's popular Bio Series Water Treatment Systems utilize fixed-film bacteria in conjunction with coalescing media. Various tank sizes and flow rates are used to create retention time for the treatment of wastewater streams. Oxygen is supplied to the bacteria in the waste stream by venturi injection.
