PC Smokehouse
DESCRIPTION: Alkaline Cleaner. Best used as a pre-spray. For powder: Mix 2 GL water to 1 LB Smokehouse to make concentrate. Dilutes up to 20 to 1. For Liquid: May be used full strength, or dilute with water up to 1.5. Adjust dilution based on surface to be cleaned.
USES: Excellent for smokehouse cleaning, vent-a-hood and other heavy duty cleaning in meat processing plants, egg and poultry plants, and bottling plants.
